Job Post & Apply –The destination post the job and sees the different proposals submitted by the pioneer.
Messaging –Destination will message the shortlisted pioneer and communicate with them over the messages to discuss the job requirement in detail.
Hire –Once destination finds pioneer as the eligible candidate for the job, a job will be awarded to the pioneer
Release Payment –Once the job end date is passed, the pioneer will request the funds.
Ratings – Once the funds are released then both destination and pioneer can give ratings.
